His background spans risk management, value engineering and strategic innovation, with over 20 years advising complex projects and organisations. He holds a degree in Physics and a postgraduate diploma in Strategy & Innovation from Oxford Saïd Business School, and is particularly interested in how forecasts fail, how decisions drift, and how better questions lead to better outcomes.
